Tariff per room per night:
01 Nov 2008 - 31 Oct 2010: $265.00 - $340.00
All tariffs are in NZ dollars and include full breakfast and tax.
A minimum of three night bookings only are accepted from 20 December to 10 January. A minimum of two night bookings are accepted for all other times of the year.
the summer house is a smoke-free environment.
Confirmation of Bookings: Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of credit card details. We accept MasterCard and Visa and require cardholder's name, number and expiry date. No deposit is taken but these details will secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policywhich is as follows: Thirty days out, 30% penalty. Seven days or less, 100%. We will make every endeavour to re-book and if successful will not charge you. We recommend travel insurance.

The Summer House has been designed as a secluded retreat for adults and does not cater for children or pets. We have one cat in residence.
